About the Virtual Event:
It is no secret that technology is complex, multifaceted and forever evolving. This remains true: cyber-physical systems technology impacts nearly every facet of modern life, and ultimately, CPS technology is responsible for perpetuating technological advancements.
In response to a lack of interdisciplinary CPS education at the graduate level, Vanderbilt University School of Engineering offers a cutting-edge master of engineering in cyber-physical systems for future CPS engineers who are crucial in developing new applications that will accelerate the creation of new technologies across a range of industries.
Ready to learn more about the field of cyber-physical systems? Watch the virtual event!
Here's what you can expect:
- Hear from faculty regarding the cyber-physical systems program
- Understand what it takes to apply for your master of engineering
- Hear prospective students' questions answered by the program coordinator
Meet the Presenter:
Taylor Johnson, Ph.D.
Research Focus: Dr. Johnson's research focus is developing formal verification techniques and software tools for cyber-physical systems (CPS) with goals of improving CPS safety, reliability, and security, while advancing fundamental results and applying techniques and tools from hybrid systems, formal methods, control theory, software engineering, distributed systems, and real-time systems.
